How we handle the information you share, in plain terms.
The short version
We collect information needed to respond to your enquiry, assess your site, and deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal information.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, business, phone, email, site location.
- Information about your facility that you share for an assessment — loads, outages, bills, existing equipment, and site photos where you choose to provide them.
- Website usage and technical information collected through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel, such as pages viewed and interactions with the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule an assessment.
- To design, quote, install, and service an energy system for you.
- To operate, protect, and improve our website, communications, and services.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve enquiries or disputes.
Propel Ads MCP and Google data
Propel Ads MCP is an internal Propel Energy application used by authorised personnel to manage and assess Propel Energy’s own advertising activity. Where access is authorised, it may retrieve business-level Google Ads data, including campaign performance, search terms, conversion signals, and keyword-planning information, and relevant Google Analytics website-event data.
We use this data only to prepare internal reporting, understand campaign and website performance, research keywords, and prepare limited, human-approved changes to Propel Energy advertising. We do not sell, rent, or provide Google Ads or Google Analytics data to third parties, use it for third-party advertising accounts, or make unattended bidding or spend changes. Access is limited to authorised internal administrators and systems acting on their instructions.
When we share information
We may share information with providers that help us run the website, manage forms and communications, understand site use, or deliver work for your project. This can include Tally, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, professional advisers, suppliers, and installation partners. We share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, assessment, and project information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our ongoing relationship with you, record-keeping obligations, or resolving disputes. We then delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No internet-based service can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is needed for your enquiry or project.
Your choices
Write to hello@propelenergy.in to ask us to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop direct marketing communications. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
